An Ectopic pregnancy is a condition where a fertilized egg implants and grows outside the uterus, most commonly in a fallopian tube. This is a serious medical condition that requires prompt attention. 🔍 What happens? Normally, a fertilized egg travels to the uterus to grow. In an ectopic pregnancy, it gets stuck and implants elsewhere—most often in the tube (called a tubal pregnancy), but it can also occur in the ovary, abdomen, or cervix. ⚠️ Symptoms Symptoms usually appear between 4–10 weeks of pregnancy: Sharp or stabbing pain in the abdomen or pelvis Vaginal bleeding (light or heavy) Shoulder pain (due to internal bleeding)
